A brief note that will not make sense when syndicated to my main site, and it is this: this week’s poem I have posted directly to Harvest Bird, in order to use a plug-in that links hashed-keywords to the appropriate Twitter-search. You can read it here.
Since the poem concerns Twitter, here is an alterna-Tweet:

{ 2 comments… read them below or add one }
Does the plugin mean that everytime a hash is encountered on Harvestbird, it will be interpreted as a Twitter topic?
Yes, if the hash is placed immediately before the word, and the word begins with a lowercase letter, and it is followed with no punctuation (thus I had to change (#lol!) to activate the hash.
An @ placed immediately before a word will be interpreted as a twitter user (thus @gtiso but not @ gtiso), with a similar set of restrictions.
To defend these pages’ absorption into the Twitterborg: I chose the plugin as a way of including my friends who have twitter accounts but not blogs in the conversational outreach here. And a plugin can be deactivated or removed if no longer needed, or if something goes awry.
