Street Style

One of my international students has something of the Harajuku style about her manner of dress. I like very much the quirky ensembles she wears–over the knee striped socks, layered bubble skirts and the like–but today, wearing a dog collar with a long chain that attached to her wrist, she gave me pause. Is such fashion knowing, I wonder?
